Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, nestled near a beautiful snowy forest and not far from Tsuru-no-yu. The rooms were enormous and easy to keep warm, making for a cozy environment. The service was incredibly accommodating, which is a nice touch. However, the dining options could use a bit more variety and creativity. Overall, I think this hotel offers great value for the price, but there's room for improvement in dining.
The hotel offers spacious and warm rooms that provide great comfort, making it easy to regulate the temperature to my liking. The staff were exceptionally flexible and helpful, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is quite convenient, being close to Sanrokusa Onsen and public transport. However, the dining options could use more variety, especially for breakfast, which was a bit underwhelming. Overall, the price was fair for the quality of stay I experienced.
This hotel had some great aspects, especially the spacious and warm rooms that made our stay comfortable. The staff was accommodating and kind, which is something you don’t always find. However, the dining options could use a boost, and I felt the location, though nice, didn’t offer enough nearby conveniences. Overall, it provided decent value for money, but not being able to access reliable Wi-Fi was a bit frustrating.
My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and offered a cozy atmosphere, making it easy to adjust the temperature to my liking. The service was notably flexible and helpful, which I really appreciated during my stay. The location, being close to a snowy forest and not too far from the Tazawako ski area, added a nice touch to my trip. On the down side, the dining experience seemed a bit lackluster, and I think they could improve on that front.
My stay was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, making my time there very comfortable. I appreciated the kind and helpful service staff, always ready to assist. On the downside, the dining options left a bit to be desired, particularly in variety. Additionally, while the location was decent, it wasn't as close to essential shops or attractions as I had hoped.
